I don’t sync my email with Outlook on my PC. Instead, I use Outlook Mobile on my Treo 700w to connect directly to the University’s mail server. Below, I describe the steps I took to configure IMAP. Please note, however, that this is a limited solution. I only lets me see mail in my Inbox, not other folders. For me, this is adequate.

In a wireless world it is hard to write about something looks like a box of spaghetti when it arrives. I was intrigued by the technology of this choker-style microphone. Everyone who saw me with this laughed and commented on some S&M choker reference, but it’s not for the office or home. It’s for paintball, watersports, motorsports. I tested the product using my Treo 650 and Treo 700 mobile phones and my Motorola FRS Talkabout radios but it did not work with the Chatterbox Communicators.

Mobile phones are quickly becoming platforms and two of the best that we’ve seen recently are the Motorola Q and the Palm Treo 700p.

I’ll be checking out other PDA phones and see what the over PDA devices offer. I’ve already blogged about the Treo 700 before in case you would like to read about it.
