The htc Touch Phone
The htc Touch phone looks like competition for the iPhone.
Surely, htc touch PDAs do make my wife’s work more organized since the nature of her work are on educating the young consumer at school that requires outstations, and lots of talks elsewhere. Her packed scheduled have been much more organized with this new htc touch PDA.

AT&T Censors Pearl Jam
A look at net neutrality and AT&T.
We must ask: This is the company that want to be left alone to run the Internet as it sees fit? The corporate officials of AT&T like to give speeches and to tell the FCC and Congress that they won’t block people’s access to content. They made that promise when they bought BellSouth for $80 billion last year. Former AT&T CEO Ed Whitacre made it in a speech last March.

Hyperlocal Informatics
Cell phones with cameras and Internet connections are changing journalism.
Cell phones, coupled with their built-in cameras and the ability to post to a blog or website from anywhere, have made it so “citizen journalists” beat the major media outlets in breaking a story by several minutes and in some cases, several hours. Who better to report on an event that someone who actually saw it happen?

Something With A Ring To It
Happy with their new LG phones.
We settled on Verizon and Joy and I both got enV phones from LG. We’ve only had them two days now, but they seem pretty nice. They are certainly more full-featured than our previous phones, and I can finally drive home from work without my cell phone dropping calls on me, which is very nice.

Database Sites For Journalists
9. http://www.reversephonedirectory.com/ is good when you only have a phone number. It also has a cell phone directory, but it costs a lot of money.

Vonage Family
We also both use Vonage which is way cool. We could totally be twins. Vonage is an internet based phone line. We tossed our land line years ago, but when my oldest daughter (a teen) moved in we needed to have a phone at home. Vonage is not expensive and long distance is free which is awesome for us because my husband has family all over and my daughter can call her friends from her old school!
