SBC Hell
The customer service experience from hell.
SBC makes me hyperventilate and go crazy. I just spent an hour and a half trying to sort out my mom’s phone/dsl bill, which she overpaid. I talked to seven people. For the love of god, SEVEN people, and the first six were completely incompetent. Here’s the conversation, which I can recite by heart because I had to say it seven times today:
