Garmin Releasing GPS Applications for Mobile Phones
If you can use this with MapQuest (or similar), you could navigate nearly anywhere.
For the time being, Garmin Mobile is only available on three specially selected Sprint Nextel handsets (Sanyo MM-8300, Sanyo MM-7400, and Sanyo MM-5600), but if it is successful, other carriers will likely pick it up as well.
