Telcos in Texas Gain Statewide Franchise
If the cable companies and the telcos can bring you video, phone and Internet services, what are the satellite carriers going to do?
If at first you don’t succeed…. It took three tries but Telco giants SBC and Verizon have finally been successful at getting legislation though the Texas legislature that will create a statewide franchise of IPTV triple-play television services delivered by Telcos.
