Not Possible
This blogger wanted RPC over HTTP with Hosted Exchange using Outlook ... but it didn't work.
I wasted a lot of time with this and let let me tell you, its NOT possible in the current state. Our friends at Rogers thought this would surely be doable upon selling the Treo 650 at the price of $799, but it turns out the connection cannot be established.
