If you're using Asterisk, here's a marketing problem you might run into with Vongage.

When I initially signed up with Vonage, almost a year ago.. I had to buy an ATA from them. This was no problem, because I didn’t have something like Asterisk in place. Their device performed beautifully for quite some time. Because the Vonage ATA and Asterisk is redundant, I called them to see if I could link Vonage directly into Asterisk. I can, but not using their unlimited plan, only using their $9.99 a month 500 minute “soft phone” plan. I found this most unacceptable and chose to suspend my account.
