Super Cheap Wi-Fi Mobile Phone
Skype's P2P underpinnings may require more CPU power in any kind of WiFi handset.
Skype phone that would work without computer is difficult because Skype uses P2P and not classic VoIP techniques (i.e. H.323 and SIP)… but Pocket PC phones already offer Skype of course.
