Qwest Sneaks Into Residential VoIP
This is the first time I've heard of Qwest in the VoIP market.
Qwest quietly has begun offering residential voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone service in its 14-state service area – with no public announcement – but at prices far higher than most non-telco VoIP providers.
