Although my reason for doing this involved a broader scope of technologies than just IP telephony, I’d like to share some of the VoIP-related complaints I managed to dig up.

Vonage is the worst in customer service and deceiving the public.
Do not allow anyone to use this service - and any company that directs bills.
I am filing a complaint to BBB of Edison NJ
